The grass fire in Walnut Creek this Friday is a reminder that Nothern California is heading for what could be the worst fire season in history. Thanks to the abundant rainfall this winter there is more fuel than ever in the hills of the Bay Area. We have raised ur alert level. While there are no deployment plans at the moment we recommend that DART members check their go kits to be at the ready.
